What is the turnaround time for a standard order?
Every Custom Neon sign is individually crafted upon order placement, entailing both production and shipping periods. While the maximum turnaround time is 5 weeks, the majority of our patrons typically receive their Custom Neon orders within 3 weeks.
Kindly take note that Customs clearance processes might extend the delivery duration for specific countries.
Should you find yourself in need of expedited service, we recommend considering the Rush My Order option (if accessible during checkout). For Rush orders, our objective is to create and dispatch your order within a 2-3 week timeframe.
In instances where you opt for Rush My Order and we encounter difficulty in achieving delivery within the 3-week time frame, we are delighted to reimburse the disparity between the Standard and Rush order shipping expenses.
What are your payment and billing terms and conditions?
Store Products and Signs – Payment for all signs and products ordered through the Custom Neon online store is collected at the time of purchase. You have the option to make payment using PayPal or a major credit card.
Personalized Neon Sign Creations – Payment for all individually customized signs created using our “Design Your Neon Tool” is acquired upon purchase. You can select to pay via Stripe Debit/Credit or PayPal.
Tailored Signs Crafted by Our Designers – If you are collaborating with one of our LED Neon Designers to conceptualize your sign, full payment is required prior to commencing production. After confirming the design, an invoice/receipt will be sent to your email, accessible for payment through our checkout page – debit/credit card or PayPal portal. Once the payment is complete, your sign will enter the production phase.
Our Custom Neon Sign Art Design Service
We take pleasure in providing our customers with a complimentary design service, presenting one or multiple designs for your endorsement, without any additional costs. In the event that you alter your preferences and desire to modify or cancel your order before the sign enters the production phase, we willingly extend the option of a partial or complete refund. Once a custom sign order receives approval and proceeds into production, regrettably, refund availability ceases. It’s important to note that a custom sign is automatically validated upon selecting “YES” during the ordering process.
Which Color Options Are Available for LED Neon?

What are the shipping costs?
Custom Neon extends complimentary Standard Shipping to all orders, regardless of their value. Shipping specifics by region:
- United States: Free standard shipping unless premium shipping for fast shipping.
- Rest of the world: Free standard shipping is applicable globally.
Standard orders entail a 3 to 5-week timeframe, encompassing both production and shipping.
In circumstances where available, we present a Rush Order alternative. With Rush orders, our goal is to manufacture and deliver your order within 2-3 weeks. Rush Order expenses are computed based on the delivery location and will be determined during checkout.
For instances requiring expeditious processing, consider selecting the Rush My Order feature. Should you be collaborating with a Custom Neon designer, kindly inform them of your preference for a Rush Order, and they will adjust your invoice accordingly.
All our LED neon light signs are produced on a made-to-order basis. The aforementioned lead times encompass both the crafting and delivery phases of your sign. Please be mindful that Customs clearance procedures might contribute to extending delivery times for certain countries.
Where do you ship signs to?
Our signs are capable of being delivered to physical addresses spanning across the 50 States and the District of Columbia, with a few exceptions (as outlined below). Furthermore, we facilitate shipping to numerous countries worldwide.
PO Boxes: Due to the substantial value and dimensions of our signs, we are unable to accommodate shipping to PO Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO: Regrettably, for most circumstances, shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses is not feasible. However, if you intend to place an order for multiple signs, we may be able to make arrangements for shipment to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. We encourage you to get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs.
What should I do in the event that my sign goes missing or is stolen?
Custom Neon takes meticulous precautions to guarantee the secure delivery of our signs to our valued customers. Employing a top-tier express shipping service, we enforce a signature requirement upon delivery. Should you wish to waive the signature on delivery, this can be arranged directly with the shipping service after the shipment procedure has been initiated.
However, it’s essential to acknowledge that should you choose to forgo the signature on delivery obligation, Custom Neon assumes no accountability for parcels that are indicated as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service but are subsequently lost, absent, or pilfered.
What steps should I take if my sign sustains damage during transit?
In the rare instance that your sign experiences damage during transit, rest assured that Custom Neon Sign Art will take the necessary measures to provide a solution.
We highly recommend inspecting your Custom Neon package upon receipt. To qualify for a replacement, any damage must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery of your Custom Neon sign. Reports of damage or faults made beyond this timeframe will adhere to our standard returns and refunds policy and won’t fall within the scope of warranty coverage. It’s important to note that the delivery date is the date indicated by the courier’s delivery, which can be ascertained by following the instructions in your tracking email.
Should you believe your item has sustained transit-related damage and you are within the 14-day claim period, kindly reach out via email to your assigned LED Neon Designer or select the “Delivery/Faults/Returns” option on the contact form. Ensure that you provide all of the following essential information:
1. A clear photograph depicting the damage to the sign.
2. A clear photograph illustrating the box and any visible damage to the outer packaging.
3. A clear photograph of the shipping label affixed to the box.
